Dr Sagoo provided an important mindset change for me when I was at my lowest. From constantly looking at the negatives in all aspects of my life, I was shown to appreciate the positives, the small things that can sometimes be neglected. This perspective change was hugely powerful as the impact it had on mentality, emotions and my behaviour towards to others was improved drastically. Dr Sagoo set out a clear action plan that held me accountable for this change in mindset and how I was going to improve going forward. Most importantly, I was able to speak and felt I was heard with no judgement or fear, opening up as a male can be intimidating but I was comfortable throughout the session.
Ranjit is an amazing coach very approachable and friendly. Ranjit knows how to extract the best out of people, to find out what makes the tick, where they might need a supporting hand and make them analyse things through the questions that he asks. Since the beginning of this academic year, I have been working towards my career in primary education. I was undecided in my choice of career path and I was uncertain in the level of emotional depth I wanted to invest. Since having coaching sessions with Dr R Sagoo, I have been able to make firm and solid decisions based on his guidance and expertise. Dr R Sagoo has enabled me to build a true picture of my values and ethics, he was able to confidently relate these too my goals, he identified my fears and he has guided me with the tools required to overcome those fears. These coaching sessions have been invaluable and have enabled me to be clear in my values, they have helped me with my confidence and commitment in achieving my goals. I now have a better knowledge of my own behaviours and personality and the importance of self reflection. I felt at ease during my coaching session With Dr Sagoo. From the get-go he put me at ease. Though the session was done online he still gave me 100% of his attention and was not distracted at all. He took the time to listen, reflect and understand my issues before he responded or gave any advice. He made me look deep into myself and made me have thoughts that were difficult but had to be done. I was very apprehensive of coaching and was not a firm believer of it but after my session with Dr Sagoo it has given me a different perspective. It was indeed very helpful as it made me understand how to live my life differently. This has given me inner peace and infect I am starting to use the results of this session in my day-to-day life and thought process. I can’t wait for my next session with Dr Sagoo
Since having therapy sessions with Dr Ranj, I see things more positively, and if I catch myself being negative again, I know exactly how to handle it. The hypnotherapy session with Dr Ranj has had an empowering experience on my overall mental well-being. I feel I have a better mind-set; I have slept better and feel calmer in my mind. Doctor Ranj sessions have helped make me feel more relaxed even my wife has noticed the difference from me being stressed and low to positive and happy. I would recommend these sessions to anyone who wants to experience a transformative journey of the mind.
Having tried other methods of therapy, I was hesitant with hypnosis as it is not as common. Ranj was very calming and talked me through the whole process, explaining what he does, how he does and why it works. He then began placing me into a trance, again, skeptical at this point I did as instructed and became incredibly relaxed, he asked me 3 questions and that’s all I remember. The next thing I know, he counted to 10, I woke up at 6 or 7 and became fully awake and aware at 10. This was my first experience of being in a deep trance and a complete shock that he was able to do that to me. Ranj commented that he asked me 6 questions in total which I responded to, I genuinely only remember 3 so the trance he placed me in worked, meaning he was conversing with my subconscious. The following day leading into days, I feel much happier, positive about life and a whole lot calmer. Oddly have more energy too. There’s a definitive change in my thought process and this is simply after one session. My confidence and willing to be more vocal is far greater too. I can’t thank him enough for the changes in such a short period of time. Looking forward to further progression
I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the incredible support and guidance provided by Dr. Sagoo. When I first sought help, I was overwhelmed by a mix of factors affecting my mental health, which culminated in a panic attack during a recent holiday. The incident left me feeling anxious and unable to move past what had happened. From our very first session, Dr. Sagoo created a safe and calming environment where I could openly share my worries. Although I was initially unsure about the effectiveness of hypnotherapy and neuro-linguistic programming, I felt a sense of relaxation and hope during our sessions. To my surprise and relief, after just the first session, I noticed a significant shift in how I thought about the distressing event. Where once I felt paralyzed by anxiety, I now find myself able to recall the incident without feeling overwhelmed. Through the continued sessions, my anxieties have diminished to the point where the event that once haunted me no longer phases me at all. Dr. Sagoo has truly helped me regain control over my anxieties and equipped me with tools to manage future challenges. I am deeply thankful for the profound impact these sessions have had on my mental well-being. I was very sceptical to start with, on whether hypnotherapy would benefit me. I have had anxiety for as long as I can remember. I have been on medication on and off but the anxiety always came back. I was very nervous to start but Dr Sagoo made me feel at ease straight away. Dr Sagoo has a very soft spoken voice and it is easy to feel calm when listening to him. I vaguely remember parts of when I was hypnotised and I feel the parts I remember are the parts that I need to remember to move forward. From session 1 I was already sleeping better and felt less anxious over everyday situations. I had 3 sessions in total and it has made such a huge impact on my life :)
